本人用LC-MS做中药药动，测了2个有效成分，审稿人反馈回来的问题之一如下:
"The Authors used LC-MS only, how could the authors proved the purity of the SIM chromatograms? Were the authors sure that there were no other compounds which have identical Rt and ions? Please read the EU Commission decisions 2002/657/EC"
恳请各位高手帮忙分析、解答。
