Modeling of the complex systems and evolving the intelligent thought process of the biological world into the computational machines has been primarily the objective of all computational systems. The fuzzy logic, neural networks and similar hybrid optimisation techniques are an attempt to conceptualise the human reasoning into the system models. The intelligent computational techniques blend with all facets of technological applications such as telecommunications, pattern recognition, bioinformatics and biomedical systems and more. The multitude of challenges faced in the implementation of these systems in terms of efficiency, speed, compactness and cost continue to inspire and keep the research active. The goal of the conference is to connect all the researchers and practitioners who are into computing paradigm and widen their knowledge database by mutual sharing. The Conference Proceedings will be available online on the IEEE digital library IEEE-Xplore. Authors of accepted papers, or at least one of them, are requested to register and present their work at the Conference for their work to be published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE RAICS 2011 Conference Proceedings. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE 2011 Conference Proceedings, in IEEE Xplore® and will be EI indexed.
