| Unclear muscle texture and strengthened echo indicated thickening of the right gastrocnemius and plantaris tendon. Echo from muscle belly and tendon junction of gastrocnemius medial head of the right calf was discontinuous, and a little effusion was found locally. These suggest the junction fracture with a little hemorrhage (tennis leg). |

The thickness of the right gastrocnemius and plantaris tendon was increased, and the muscles textures were not clear with the increase of echo. 右小腿腓肠肌内侧头肌腹与肌腱交界处回声不连续，局部可见少许积液. The echo from the interface between the inner side 头肌腹of right gastrocnemius and tendon was not continuous, and less amounts of effusion were found with inhomogeneous distribution. 右侧小腿腓肠肌内侧头腱腹交界处断裂伴少许积血（网球腿） The junction of the inner side 头肌腹of right gastrocnemius was broken with inhomogeneous distribution of hemorrhage (tennis leg). |
