年前收到审稿意见，里面有一句话：
the authors didn't provide enough background on the characterization of the micro-accelerometer. The authors should explain the physics behind their micro-accelerometer.
不知道“the physics behind their micro-accelerometer”是指什么，在性能实验这里怎么表述？
