小弟最近投了一篇Journal of Chemical Crystallography文章！
审稿人提了几个问题，我不太明白！
求助达人！
1.All metrics within the discussion need to include esds.  For example, distances of atoms or bonds from mean square planes need to have esds.  Also, even though D-H distances have no esd as the hydrogen atoms positions were not refined, the D?A distances are between atoms with refined positions and therefore should include esds.
这个esds是不是括号中的误差？我自己计算的距离中误差数值比较大，我没有写上，是不是所有的都要写？
2.Terminal methyl groups of OAc groups and terminal methyls on the ring system need to be refined to allow torsional twisting around the X-X-C-H unit.  As you did not mention this, I assume you did not refine these methyl groups this way.  Explicitly indicate in the experimental section this treatment also.
这个 torsional twisting around X-X-C-H unit是不是指编辑需要甲基扭转角的数据？还是其他的？小弟不太明白！
3.Reworking the hydrogen-bonding will likely take care of some of the cifcheck warnings (namely Level B warnings for compound 2 related to H8 and H9, Level B warnings for compound 5 related to H9 and O9) that indicated possible issues with the way you chose to refine and locate the hydrogen bonds in these structures.
这句话我不太懂，compound 5中的H9和O9编辑认为是有分子间氢键的，因为与这个很相似的分子中有这样一组分子间氢键，但是我生成的氢键列表只有分子内氢键。不知道为什么？

精修的问题，你在实验中没有写怎样精修那个甲基。还有就是消除b类错误，估计是你的氢原子加的有点问题吧？这些问题都很容易解决的。

恩，精修的时候发现有个氢的方向弄错了！
导致有个分子内的氢键有问题。
改动了就好了！
还有一个问题，想请教你一下：就是甲基的精修，这个不是我精修的！
不知道怎么样在实验中写出来？

我看了下ins文件，好像AFIX 137.
不知道对不对！
还有我不太清楚怎么样添加这句话来描述甲基的精修。
师兄那里有没有相应的文献？

The methyl H atoms were set based on xxxxx considerations (AFIX 147 instruction in SHELXL97 (Sheldrick, 2008)).

审稿人的意思是不是端基醋酸根甲基氢原子采取“afix 33”理论加氢，如果用这种方法，那么可以参考这样写精修表达“The methyl H atoms were set based on angle considerations (AFIX 33 instruction in SHELXL97 (Sheldrick, 2008)). ”
