abstract: With an atomic ratio of Fe/S=3,the mixture of the powders was ball milled for 20 h before adding some Cu.We have prepared dense Fe3Si-Cu composite material by the method of Hot-pressing Sinter-roasting under 20 MPa and (1000¡À30)¡æ.Also we discussed the corrosion behavior of Fe3Si-Cu composite material with different concentrations of Cu£¨5%£¬10%£©in NaOH solution by two methods of static immersing corrosion and electrochemical corrosion.It turned out that the composite material with 5%Cu had better corrosion resistant.The speed of static immersing corrosion of Fe3Si-5%Cu was less,the extent of corrosion was also less.The polarization curves of Fe3Si-5%Cu and Fe3Si-10%Cu composite material appeared passivation in different molar concentrations of NaOH solution,and there was a broad area of passivation and apparently inactive platform.The corrosion of the two kinds of composite material was evenly rounded corrosion in different molar concentrations of NaOH solution.There was no pitting phenomenon appearing.Compared with characteristic values of the polarization curves,corrosion potential of Fe3Si-5%Cu revised in 0.7 mol/l of NaOH solution,its electric current of corrosion potential is small,and it went to area of passivation first .In area of passivation,maintaining passivity current was also small. keyword£ºball mill£¬Fe3Si-Cu by Hot-pressing Sinter-roasting,Cu content,static immersing corrosion,electrochemical corrosion |
