Research Center of Modern Education and Information Engineering (MEIE) is an international Scientific Institution. MEIE holds global conferences every year cooperating with IEEE, Springer, ACM,Thomson, ISI, RAMECS and some top Universities in the world, and it also publishes high level international academic periodicals. The conferences held by MEIE will be indexed by SCI / EI and/or ISTP.
