Dear Dr. ***i,

Reviewers have now commented on your paper. You will see that they are advising that you revise your manuscript. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision.  

For your guidance, reviewers' comments are appended below.

If you decide to revise the work, please submit a list of changes or a rebuttal against each point which is being raised when you subit the revised manuscript.

On your Main Menu page is a folder entitled "Submissions Needing Revision". You will find your submission record there.

审稿人除了要求楼主引用5-6篇Journal of The Franklin Institute近2到3年相近领域的文章没了别的要求。尽量按照审稿人的意思修改引用，基本就算接收了。

如果主题确实相关，那么引用是必须的，最好要好好研读一下，真的用文献中
提到的方法，原理或者是理论，模型等，对你的文章进行一次全面的梳理；这样
不但能提高你现在这篇文章的质量，也对你以后写文章有相当的帮助.一家之言，
仅供参考。呵呵
