[交流] 帮忙修改一段话,十分感激!

Abstract: Stranded Wires Helical Spring (brief name as stranded spring) is a cylindrical helical spring formed from several steel wires by tied up to be twist into a helical spring, On account of its high design requirement and complicated manufacturing process, this paper aims to establish a mathematical model of closed-end spring, a 3D model is built and the PC+PLC control method is proposed based on the forming principle of stranded springs. According to current problems existing in the manufacturing process, a novel scheme design scheme for the manufacturing machine is provided, which has overcome the drawbacks of the traditional machine and previous numerical control machine. By 3D motion simulation, the machine’s motion and the design validity of the closed-end spring are verified. Finally, a Human-Machine Interface is proposed to realize the communication between the motion control system and the host computer.

Abstract: Stranded Wires Helical Spring (brief name as stranded spring) is a cylindrical helical spring formed from several steel wires which are tied up to be twist into a helical spring. Due to its high design requirement and complicated manufacturing process, this paper aims to establish a mathematical model of closed-end spring. In this paper, a 3D model is built and the PC+PLC control method is proposed based on the forming principle of stranded springs. According to current problems in the manufacturing process, a novel scheme design scheme for the manufacturing machine is provided, which has solved the drawbacks of the traditional machine and previous numerical control machine. With 3D motion simulation, the machine’s motion and the design validity of the closed-end spring are verified. Finally, a Human-Machine Interface is proposed to fulfill the communication between the motion control system and the host computer.

As to current emerging problems in the manufacturing process, a novel scheme design scheme for the manufacturing machine was provided for overcoming the drawbacks of the traditional machine and previous numerical control machine.  The motion of machines and the design validity of the closed-end spring were verified by the simulation of 3D motion. It was proposed that the communication between the motion control system and the host computer could be realized by building a human-machine interface.

In this paper, a mathematical model and the corresponding 3D model of closed-end stranded springs are established for the high requirements of the design and the complicated manufacturing process. As to current problems in the manufacturing process, a novel machine tool and a PC+PLC control method are proposed for overcoming the drawbacks of conventional production methods and previous numerical control machines. The motions of the machine tool and the design validity of the closed-end stranded springs are verified by the simulation of 3D motion. It is proposed that the communication between the motion control system and the host computer could be realized by building a human-machine interface.
