收到这样的信我改怎么办呢

最近投了一篇稿，过了几天我收到这样的邮件，我当时好像是没有提交Technical Check Results，他评语还说有好多结构和语法错误，可是投之前让国外的老师改了几次啊，最后说语法上没什么问题我才投的。现在收到这样的信我不知道改怎么办了，请各位有经验的虫友帮我分析分析，万分感谢！ Thank you for submitting your work to Carbohydrate Polymers.
