看make前面的一个error
好像是configure出错了
具体不太明白

好像还是你编译器的问题
可能还是你的ifort路径设置的问题

给出的信息不全
大致估计是你的makefile给出链接库不全
可以把你的makefile贴出来看看
主要是blas和lapack设置部分
