请问什么是拟似标准品 (Surrogate Standard)？ 在测COX-2的IC50时，花生四烯酸的代谢产物PGE2，但同时又用了[d4]-PGE2作为Surrogate Standard，不明白？ |

A surrogate standard is a compound that has properties similar to the target analyte(s) that a particular analytical method is designed to identify and measure. The surrogate compound is not expected to be in an environmental field sample and should not interfere with the identification or quantification of the target analytes. By demonstrating that the surrogate compound can be recovered from the sample matrix with reasonable efficiency, the surrogate standard performs a quality control function on the suitability of the analytical method for the intended analyses and on the ability of the laboratory to execute that method with reasonable proficiency. If a surrogate compound is not recovered, an analyte of concern also may not be recovered. 这个解释的很详细了吧。哈哈…… |
