[交流] Materials and Design技术审查意见已有1人参与

本人第一次投递英文文章，有好多不清楚，这是技术审查后的结果：

When you resubmit your manuscript, please also provide a separate sheet listing your responses to the problems that were raised and upload it under the submission item 'Responses to Technical Check Results'. Comments:

1) A maximum of 3 keywords should be selected from the list of "Keywords for Indexing" which is printed in each journal issue and also available on the journal homepage. And each keyword should be accompanied by the capital letter denoting the category from which the keyword has been selected.

2) Please note, Research Highlights must be formatted as follows:
- a list containing 3-5 bullet points
- with a maximum of 85 characters per bullet point, including spaces.

是不是Comments中这两点不符合要求，要求文中的关键词要在期刊要求的里面选几个。这封信中没有提到英语问题，是不是说英文没有问题？
Dear editor,
Thank you for your useful comments and suggestions on the language and the structure
of our manuscript. We have modified the manuscript accordingly, and the detailed
corrections are listed below point by point:
1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not
meet the journal's required standard. Authors have the responsibility to
present their papers in good English which can be understood by the journal's
readership.
􀀹 We revised the WHOLE manuscript carefully to avoid language errors. In
addition, we asked several colleagues who are skilled authors to check
the English. We believe that the language is now acceptable for the
review process.
2) Please note that your abstract (250 words) exceeds the maximum length of 150
words for research article.
􀀹 The abstract has been revised and the word count is now 149.
3) Figures should be cited sequentially in the text. Fig. 6 is provided, but not
cited; please check and revise accordingly.

4) The cover letter provided should include the following: the manuscript has not
been previously published, is not currently submitted for review to any other
journal, and will not be submitted elsewhere before one decision is made.

5) Type the whole manuscript with uniform lettering and sizing, and with double
line spacing, including references, figure captions and tables.

这是后来生成的一个PDF，这6点的要后，都以恢复，且回复前都有一个对号，是不是说明这6点没有问题。
从这两封信看来，论文在技术审查环节就是2点小错误吗？？？希望高给与指点一下！！！谢谢大家。。。。。。。。
