the status of oocyte framework and chromosomes are important for following embryonic development in IVF, while they are not important for oocytes used for SCNT because chromosomes were replaced by somatic cell nuclei and the cellular framework was dispersed and reconstructed during SCNT. 我想表达的中文意思是：卵母细胞的骨架及染色体的状态对体外受精（IVF)后的胚胎发育时很重要的，但是他们对用于体细胞核移植（SCNT)的卵母细胞则显得不是很重要，因为在体细胞核移植中，卵母细胞的核被体细胞核置换，同时细胞骨架也会重新构建。 [ Last edited by manyno on 2010-9-15 at 22:31 ] |
