【求助】出错了！！！！ 已有2人参与

我在用gromacs跑动力学时 出下下面的错误： Warning: Only triclinic boxes with the first vector parallel to the x-axis and the second vector in the xy-plane are supported. Box (3x3): Box[ 0]={ nan, nan, nan} Box[ 1]={ nan, nan, nan} Box[ 2]={ nan, nan, nan} Can not fix pbc. Fatal error: Number of grid cells is zero. Probably the system and box collapsed. 我想问一下各位高手这什么意思？怎么回事啊？应该怎么干啊？谢谢各位 |
