环己烯环氧化催化体系研究

环氧环己烷是环己烯的环氧化物,是一类重要的有机合成中间体,应用范围十分广泛。目前在农药、医药、涂料等十余个行业得到广泛应用。
目前工业采用的双氧水氧化法,该方法存在使用大量毒性较大的有机溶剂,污染环境;环氧环己烷易于水解的部分技术难题;H2O2本身易于分解;两相不互溶,反应效率等问题。
为解决这些问题,本论文主要从以下几个方面进行探讨和研究:
1) 采用两步法,研究合成四苯基卟啉锰的工艺条件,得到四苯基卟啉锰最高收率时的反应条件;
2) 卟啉锰活化H2O2催化环己烯环氧化体系研究,探索其最优反应条件。并验证卟啉锰的催化活性。
3) NaHCO3活化H2O2催化环己烯环氧化体系研究,优化工艺条件,考察过氧化氢利用率。
4) 卟啉锰和NaHCO3混合物催化环己烯环氧化体系研究 ,探索其反应规律。
在通过实验,得出以下结论:
1) 本次试验通过不同方法合成了四苯基卟啉锰,并通过红外光谱确证了它们的结构。对四苯基卟啉和四苯基卟啉锰的合成条件做了一些改进,进一步提高了它们的产率。
2) 在TX-100助溶剂下,NaHCO3活化H2O2催化环己烯环氧化,有较高的产率。
3) 找到一条较好的工艺条件:环己烯5 mL,卟啉锰0.1g,碳酸氢钠0.6 g ,咪唑0.11g,TX-100 0.5g,30 %的双氧水22 g,充分搅拌,冷水浴控温在27℃反应8h。环氧环己烷的产率74%。

epoxidation catalytic systems research
Epoxy cyclohexane is epoxy cures, is a kind of important intermediates, application range is very wide. Currently in pharmaceutical, pesticide, coating industry more than ten months is widely used.
Using hydrogen peroxide industrial oxidation method, the method of using a bigger toxicity solvents, environmental pollution, Epoxy cyclohexane easily hydrolyzed part of technical problems, H2O2 itself to decompose, Two mutually dissolved or not, reaction efficiency, etc.
To solve these problems, this paper mainly from the following several aspects are discussed and studied:
1) adopting two-step, research synthesis (4) porphyrin manganese processing conditions, four phenyl porphyrin manganese maximum yield of reaction conditions,
2) porphyrin manganese activation H2O2 catalytic epoxidation system (research, explore the optimum reaction conditions. And validation porphyrin manganese catalytic activity.
3) NaHCO3 activation H2O2 catalytic epoxidation system (research, the optimization of process conditions, the hydrogen peroxide utilization.
4) porphyrin manganese and NaHCO3 mixture (catalytic epoxidation system research, to explore the reaction.
In obtained through experiments, the following conclusions:
The 1) was synthesized by different methods (4) porphyrin manganese, and through ir spectra in our experiments of their structure. For four phenyl porphyrins and four phenyl porphyrin manganese synthesis conditions made some improvements, further improve their yield.
2) in TX - 100 grants, NaHCO3 activation H2O2 solvent (catalytic epoxidation, have higher yield.
3) to find a better technology conditions: (5 mL, porphyrins manganese 0.1 g, sodium bicarbonate 0.6 g, imidazole 0.11-100 g, TX, 30 % of 0.5 g 22 g, hydrogen peroxide, cold bath temperature control in 27 degrees 8h reaction. The yield of the epoxy cyclohexane 74.
