[交流] 【分享】大家帮忙看一下这个Ni的峰归属于NiO还是Ni2O3 已有6人参与

我是往催化剂中掺杂Ni的,原料是Ni(NO3)2.6H2O,400度空气中处理3h,xps结果如下图:看看文献有的说是NiO,有的说是Ni2O3,我倾向于是Ni2O3,请大家给点意见。

个人认为是2价Ni
其实XPS峰位置与电子环境有很大的关系,3价Ni一般会与2价Ni共存,会表现为两个峰(854-856之间)

ratio说说你认为2价的理由,其实我也觉得应该生成2价的Ni,可是和NiO的峰对了一下对不上,2价Ni的2p3/2好像在853.3,而且2p3/2和2p1/2的间距在18.4,一点都对不上,所以让我不得不怀疑是+3价Ni了。

2p3/2和2p1/2的间距会随着周围的环境发生变化的。
