审稿意见。。。求助 已有2人参与

投稿一个月，今天收到审稿意见，但是我看的不太懂，也没有显示是大修还是小修。文中最后一句貌似说我英语要改，改的都需要在文中标注出来不？请各位大侠指点啊。。。感激 原文如下： Dear ×××× Reviewers have now commented on your paper.
