[交流] 求助:Office Word的"compare and merge"功能怎么用?

文章返回修改,编辑要求:Please use the "compare and merge" feature in your word processing application to generate a Compare file with revision marks showing what changed from the original.  Upload this file as supplementary material.

请问有谁知道这个怎么弄法?非常感谢。

自己在网上找到了。这个功能确实不错,可以把很多的修改版本整合在一个文件上,超方便。

How to Use the Compare and Merge Feature in Word:
1. Open the older version of your word document.

2. Select Tools > Compare and Merge Documents from the menu.

3. When the dialog box opens select the latest version you wish to compare.

4. Uncheck the Legal blackline and Find formatting boxes. Click the down button attached to the button labeled Merge and select Merge into new document.

5. Save the document with a name that will identify its sources and repeat for any other documents you wish to compare.
