【求助】求助生物专业人士帮做英文生物题目 已有1人参与

我是化学类专业的学生，老师帮我们搞了个国际的远程生物硕士，生物类的题目确实不知道怎么做，求助！望好心人帮我解答 1What are legislation and control of natural flavours authenticity of vanilla? Justify your answer by describing two techniques or methods which were developed for checking the origin of vanillin. 2 describe the enzymatic mechanisms of the “dissimilative” reduction of sulphate in bacteria. 3 what are the main physical properties of phenols and their derivatives(be carefull: not acid-base or nucleophilic properties). 4 develop two examples of applications of aromatic compounds in the field of biotechnological agribusiness beverages(tea ,beer , wine,…….)or cosmetics (be carefull: not using olives and not in the field of nutrients & health ).give your own arguments “in favour of ”and “against” these kind of compounds for the human society. 5计算题 A fungal strain growing on glucose produces citric acid (C6H8O7).the average composition of fungal biomass is C:47%,H:6.9%,O:2.19%,N:0.57%. the biomass yield is 0.09g/g and the citric acid yield is 0.86g/g versus glucose. What are the oxygen uptake rate and CO2 production rate when the growth rate is 0.4/h and the biomass 9g/L? |
