从图5中可以看出，三个区域在20℃时候应力相似，但是当温度升高到130℃时候，三个区域的应力出现很大的差异，热影响区的应力值最高，焊缝的应力值最低。
   
我翻译成：
   As can be seen in Fig. 5, all three regions have similar strength levels at 20℃, but as the temperature increases to 130℃, there is a large variation in the proof stress values that of weld metal having the lowest value and the HAZ having the highest value.

   审稿意见说我这个话有问题，请大侠指点？

我觉得是后面那句有点问题 就是这句

你是想用同位语从句还是什么呢  不过我觉得可以这么写
there is a large variation in the proof stress values of the three regions with weld metal having the lowest value and the HAZ having the highest value.

不知道对不对  仅供参考 呵呵

我为了使句子简单些，这样写了：
All three regions have similar strength levels at 20℃, while there is a large variation as the temperature increas to the 130℃.

你看这个句子有问题吗？

1 increases 写错咯
2 130°C前面就不要the了吧 呵呵
