1：副主编给的最后意见："In light of the above concerns, it appears necessary to wait for the Authors' revision before making a judgement. "这种情况是不是意味着录用的可能性完全取决于修改的情况？ 2：副主编还给了个意见“personally,bla.bal..."，这种情况下他的问题是不是也要单独回答。 哎，有的问题很难回答，很沮丧。 |

首先谢谢您： 下面是主编的观点： Editor: While the reviewers and the AE appear to think that the paper has merit, considerable revision is needed. Please address each of the reviewers' concerns and pay particular attention to the hurdles that the paper must overcome to be publishable as identified by the AE. 副主编： Associate Editor: Three reviews have now been received, from Referees familiar with **and **. The approach proposed by the Authors has the potential to be of interest to JHE readers. However, the model derivation and experimental verification has not yet reached the necessary level of rigor. All three Referees therefore recommend that the Authors submit a revision for further evaluation. “Personally,。。。。。”是副主编的审稿意见。最后说： "In light of the above concerns, it appears necessary to wait for the Authors' revision before making a judgement. In my view, hurdles which the revision will need to clear include:" 接着是对审稿人意见的总结。 大致是这么个情况。 这篇文章对我很重要。 谢谢您的指教！ |
