【讨论】一个政府部门名称居然有N种翻译方法？

“全国农业技术推广服务中心”，官方翻译应该就一种吧，在一级学报上居然发现有N种翻译，从语法角度看都可以，真是好笑，仅列几个 1.China Extension and Service Center of Agricultural Technology. 2.The Service Center of China for Agricultural Science and Technology 3.National Agrotechnical Generalize Service Center 4.The National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center. 5.National Centre of Agricultural Technology Serving 6.National Agricultural Technique Development Service 7.The National Agro-Tech Extension and Service Center（NATESC） |

The field of extension now encompasses a wider range of communication and learning activities organised for rural people by professionals from different disciplines, including agriculture, agricultural marketing, health, and business studies. Extension practitioners can be found throughout the world, usually working for government agencies. They are represented by several professional organizations (such as APEN), networks (such as AGREN) and extension journals (such as Journal of Extension). Agricultural extension agencies in developing countries have received large amounts of support from international development organisations such as the World Bank and the Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO) of the United Nations. |
