如题： The products are showed as follow： Tamplates are metagenome from soils. Target products are 200bp of 16s rDNA, generated from metagenome of various microbes from soil. Although the size is correct, brightness is not high enough. So I want to know how to optimize my program? by increasing the cycle times or ...... |
