请教genbank有关问题

提交了几个16S rDNA，Genbank给回了封信，看不懂，10G请高手帮忙看看 如下：  各位帮帮忙--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear GenBank Submitter: Please find your assigned Accession Number(s) in the letter below. Please provide us with the nucleotide spans of the following: - ribosomal RNA - internal transcribed spacer in a tab-delimited feature table: >Feature gb|GUxxxxxx| <1 100 rRNA product 18S ribosomal RNA 101 200 misc_RNA product internal transcribed spacer 1 201 300 rRNA product 5.8S ribosomal RNA 301 400 misc_RNA product internal transcribed spacer 2 401 >500 rRNA product 28S ribosomal RNA If you do not know the exact nucleotide spans, please verify which of the above components exist in each of your sequences. 对，在信的后面有你提交序列的信息，accession number就在里面，需要留意一下.另外你需要把你提交序列的边界信息再上传一下，就按照他们给你的格式写 >Feature gb|GUxxxxxx| <1 100 rRNA product 18S ribosomal RNA 101 200 misc_RNA product internal transcribed spacer 1 201 300 rRNA product 5.8S ribosomal RNA 301 400 misc_RNA product internal transcribed spacer 2 401 >500 rRNA product 28S ribosomal RNA 需要说明的一定要说清楚。 我还想请问一下，你是用新系统提交的呢还是sequin？ |
