【求助】请问DS2.1跑完动力学之后，求平均结构出现问题

跑完之后，我只知道用Analyze Trajectory可以看变化程度那些。 如果要分析平均结构，除了手动看运动轨迹自己总结以外，有自动求平均的工具吗？ [这个已经解决] 找了这个选项，但是运行出现一个提示框，没有结果。 提示框信息在6楼。 请教 [ Last edited by lei0736 on 2009-11-25 at 12:23 ] |

Thank you very much. 找到了， 那个目录下的， Calculate Average Structure吧？ 我用的DS2.1，提示一个东西 There are 1 item（s） with conformations. Warning: The API Mdm::Molecule::Label has been renamed to Mdm::Molecule::Name, which will automacally be called until the script is updated.Please refer to the documentation and update your scripts to use the renamed API instead.at file line 48 in access to Label. Work on: 2HY9 with 1000 conformation(s). This script will create an average conformation.
