The open access journal Water (ISSN 2073-4441, IF 3.103) is launching a new Special Issue “Advanced Oxidation Processes for Emerging Contaminant Removal”, which Prof. Dr. Dionysios (Dion) Demetriou Dionysiou, Prof. Dr. Yujue Wang, and Dr. Huijiao Wang are serving as the Guest Editors.

Papers may be submitted from now until 30 March 2022 as papers will be published on an ongoing basis. Submitted papers should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We also encourage authors to send a short abstract or tentative title to the guest editors (DIONYSDD@UCMAIL.UC.EDU, wangyujue@tsinghua.edu.cn, wanghuijiao@cumtb.edu.cn) or the Editorial Office in advance (Takeshi.zhou@mdpi.com).

Note that Water is fully open access. Open access (unlimited and free access by readers) increases publicity and promotes more frequent citations, as indicated by several studies.
