这样的SCI-E Journal 回复还有戏吗？

按照第一次中拒绝的那位审稿人的意见，把文章修改好，再一次投稿。 这次这位reviewer好像还比较满意的样子。 The quality of the paper has been quite improved from previous version. I appreciate the authors' efforts to arrange the paper. Only one doubt remains not clarified and requires further explanation: Does the recursive formulation of expression (1) require the definition of the initial value for npfi (may be npfi=fi)?
