[交流] 这样的SCI-E Journal 回复还有戏吗？

1.两个reviewer, 一个同意发表, 一个评价为 “poor"建议编辑reject.

按照第一次中拒绝的那位审稿人的意见，把文章修改好，再一次投稿。这次这位reviewer好像还比较满意的样子。

The quality of the paper has been quite improved from previous version. I appreciate the authors' efforts to arrange the paper. Only one doubt remains not clarified and requires further explanation: Does the recursive formulation of expression (1) require the definition of the initial value for npfi (may be npfi=fi)? Also, I found one typo error: denisty (density)on the description of nfpi in table I.
