| We further investigated B via A. The results indicated that vesicle is more easier to form when chain is longer and the electron deficiency of base is stronger. On the other hand, vesicle is more harder to form when head-base is greater and P value is smaller. The results also indicated that vesicle is more harder to form when hydrophobic chain is longer and P value is smaller. |

如果是2，改为： when head-base is greater, P value is smaller and vesicle is more harder to form 疏水链的修改方法类似 when hydrophobic chain is longer, P value is also smaller and vesicle is more harder to form 或者合起来： when head-base is greater or hydrophobic chain is longer, P value is smaller and vesicle is more harder to form [ Last edited by ustcrat on 2009-5-11 at 17:47 ] |

The results demonstrated it was of advantage to the formation of vesicle for longer chain and the stronger electron deficient base . besides, it made against the formation of vesicle for greater head-base and smaller P value, furthermore, it was also of the disadvantage to the formation of vesicle for the longer hydrophobic chain and smaller P value. |
