[交流] PhD Positions at NTU, Singapore博士招聘

2D-Materials Optoelectronics

Advanced Photonics Research (APR) Lab at School of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore is seeking one candidate for a PhD position in the field of 2D-materials optoelectronics.

The successful candidates are expected to perform the following tasks:
Device design and simulation
Fabrication, optical characterizations and analyses

The successful candidate should possess:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
GPA higher than 80%

Salary and benefits:
Monthly salary: SGD 2,000 (2,500) before (after) and PhD qualification exam

Tuition is exempted

On-campus dormitory is guaranteed for the first year

The maximum PhD duration is 4 years
