热挤压技术在钢套生产中的应用 在机械行业，钢套是常见的零部件，但是传统生产工艺中，钢套是切削生产而成。这种生产方法费工费时，且结构强度不足，不能完全满足使用要求。本论文运用塑性成形原理，设计了一套完整的钢套热挤压模具，并在实验室条件下成功试生产。 请不要用古歌或其他网上进行翻译。 |

Hot extrusion technology in steel jacket production Steel jacket is a kind of commonly used parts for mechanical industry. But its conventional machining process is time-consuming and can not provide enough structural strength as required. Based on the plastic forming mechanism , this paper presents a new production method with a full set of steel jacket hot extrusion dies, which has been successfully tested at the laboratory scale. |

Application of Hot Extrusion Technology in Steel Jacket Production Process The steel jacket is one of usually employed components for mechanical industry.In conventional manufacturing process,this product is produced through cutting production.This process, However, is time-consuming and hard sledding, and can not afford enough structural strength to fully satisfy application requirements. Applying plasticity forming theory,this paper designed a complete set of steel jacket hot extrusion die, which has been successfully tested and producted under laboratory conditions. |

Application of Hot Extrusion Technology on the Manufacturing of Steel Jacket Steel jacket, as a common spare part in machinery-making industry, is usually obtained by cutting steel in traditional manufacturing technique characterised by time-consuming and deficience of structure strength. Therefore it can hardly satisfy the requirements of the real application in industry. With the help of Plasticity Forming Theory, this paper has developed a complete set of steel jacket hot extrusion die, which has been applied successfully in small-scale manufacturing under laboratory conditions.
