热挤压技术在钢套生产中的应用 在机械行业，钢套是常见的零部件，但是传统生产工艺中，钢套是切削生产而成。这种生产方法费工费时，且结构强度不足，不能完全满足使用要求。本论文运用塑性成形原理，设计了一套完整的钢套热挤压模具，并在实验室条件下成功试生产。 请不要用古歌或其他网上进行翻译。 |

Study on Application of Hot Extrusion Technology in the Production of Steel Jacket In machinery industry,steel jacket is the common components,but in the traditional production technology,steel jacket is the result of cutting production.This kind of traditional production method has the disadvantages of labour consuming,time consuming, and being not fully meet using demand.This paper designs a set complete hot extrusion mould about steel jacket by plastic forming principle,and achieves successful trial production in the condition of laboratory. |

Hot extrusion technology in steel jacket production Steel jacket is a kind of commonly used parts for mechanical industry. But its conventional machining process is time-consuming and can not provide enough structural strength as required. Based on the plastic forming mechanism , this paper presents a new production method with a full set of steel jacket hot extrusion dies, which has been successfully tested at the laboratory scale. |
