热挤压技术在钢套生产中的应用在机械行业，钢套是常见的零部件，但是传统生产工艺中，钢套是切削生产而成。这种生产方法费工费时，且结构强度不足，不能完全满足使用要求。本论文运用塑性成形原理，设计了一套完整的钢套热挤压模具，并在实验室条件下成功试生产。

Hot Extrusion Technology in Steel Production
In the machinery industry, steel is a common set of components, but the traditional production process, steel is by cutting production. This labor-and time-consuming production methods, and lack of structural strength, can not completely meet the requirement. In this paper, the principle of the use of plastic forming, design a set of complete steel hot extrusion dies, and success in the laboratory under the conditions of pre-production.

在机械行业，钢套是常见的零部件，但是传统生产工艺中，钢套是切削生产而成。这种生产方法费工费时，且结构强度不足，不能完全满足使用要求。本论文运用塑性成形原理，设计了一套完整的钢套热挤压模具，并在实验室条件下成功试生产。
The application of hot extrusion technology regarding the production of steel bushing

In mechanical industry,steel  bushing is the conventional spare part ,however, for the traditional production process,steel bushing is produced by cutting.This kind of manufacturing process which processes the shortcoming of labour and time-consuming, the lack of structural strength can't  fully meet request for utilization.This paper designs a set of integrated hot extrusion mould with steel bushing by virtue of the forming principle, and achieving successful pilot production under laboratory conditions.
