热挤压技术在钢套生产中的应用 在机械行业，钢套是常见的零部件，但是传统生产工艺中，钢套是切削生产而成。这种生产方法费工费时，且结构强度不足，不能完全满足使用要求。本论文运用塑性成形原理，设计了一套完整的钢套热挤压模具，并在实验室条件下成功试生产。 请不要用古歌或其他网上进行翻译。 |

Application of Hot Extrusion Technology on the Manufacturing of Steel Jacket Steel jacket, as a common spare part in machinery-making industry, is usually obtained by cutting steel in traditional manufacturing technique characterised by time-consuming and deficience of structure strength. Therefore it can hardly satisfy the requirements of the real application in industry. With the help of Plasticity Forming Theory, this paper has developed a complete set of steel jacket hot extrusion die, which has been applied successfully in small-scale manufacturing under laboratory conditions. Hot extrusion technology in steel jacket production Steel jacket is a kind of commonly used parts for mechanical industry. But its conventional machining process is time-consuming and can not provide enough structural strength as required. Based on the plastic forming mechanism , this paper presents a new production method with a full set of steel jacket hot extrusion dies, which has been successfully tested at the laboratory scale. |
