哪位大佬帮小弟看看我写的一个英语句子是否正确，不对的话应该怎样表达，跪谢。 已有12人参与

The results showed that (PS)2 significantly reduced testosterone (T) levels, spermatogenic cyst number, and sperm motility and impeded spermatogenic cell differentiation in male guppies and delayed embryo development in females. 对于后面两个and我总觉得使用有问题，怪怪的，但是又不知道怎么表达。一个句子中有多重and的使用。 |

如果你是要提交论文的话，强烈建议你把它拆分成两个句子，审稿中最痛苦的就是读这种冗长的句子。我把句子稍微修改了一下，改成了两句，因为我不是这个专业的，所以你可以根据具体的意思进行修改。再有，小小建议：一般科研论文中对结果的描述不需要使用过去时态，因为这些是fact，所以通常使用一般现在时态即可。不过，下面的修改中我没有改你的时态。Good Luck! Therefore, impeding the spermatogenic cell differentiation in male guppies as well as delaying the embryo development in females. |
