关于分析方法学确证中stability的问题

最近投了一片体内药物分析方法学确证的文章，审稿人关于stability提了好几个问题，我有些不懂： 1. In the stability study, the post-treatment stability and long-term stability are missing. 想问下：什么是post-treatment stability? 2. Stability should be performed for all three levels of QCs. 参考EMA 制定的Guideline on bioanalytical method validation，上面写的只做低浓度和高浓度即可：Stability of the analyte in the studied matrix is evaluated using low and high QC samples (blank matrix spiked with analyte at a concentration of a maximum of 3 times the LLOQ and close to the ULOQ) which are analysed immediately after preparation and after the applied storage conditions thatare to be evaluated。为啥审稿人要求做3个浓度呢？ |

post-treatment可能是指制备后稳定，可以放-20℃冰箱。国内生物样品测定的指导原则是三个浓度，FDA的不清楚。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
