It is very easy to write a code to compute RDF after you have a trajectory. Why always rely on such black boxes? Check the matlab code I provided: http://blog.sciencenet.cn/blog-3102863-1084245.html Also note that you may need to extend or modify it before you can use it. Therefore, it is important that you understand the theory and algorithm. So here is the 详细步骤: 1) read a good MD or statistical physics book on RDF; 2) write a few tens of lines code to solve this problem. |
