【求助】用gromacs做模拟，pr(位置限制性模拟）是必须的吗？

请教各位虫虫： 用gromacs做模拟，pr(位置限制性模拟）是必须的吗？ 一般都是先做em的，做完em之后直接做md（不限制bond）可以吗？还是需要先做下pr的？ [ Last edited by lei0736 on 2009-11-13 at 21:41 ] |

PR不是必需的，加上它是有目的的： Used to restrain particles / atom at a fixed reference position. Reasons for using position restraints: * avoid too drastic rearrangement of critical parts e.g. restrain protein during equilibration of added solvent. * isolation of a region being studied in detail, using a restrained shell of particles, from region outside it which lacks proper interactions due to missing particles (not implimented in GROMACS). |
