请问一下这三种格式的文件需要上传吗？如果不传的话会不会影响论文的录用啊？

Reviewer #1: The authors report ..... by RF sputtering. It would be great if there were any TEM results. But since this is for short communications, the TEM characterization can be the optional. I would strongly suggest to cite some of the published work about the preparation of AlN thin films by rf sputtering.
TEM的图片可选择性添加，如果我不想加的话，应该也行吧？是不是应该温婉地说明一下呢？修改意见中让我再添加两篇参考文献，这个期刊要求在2000字以内(我现在的字数是1980)，如果我再加参考文献字数就超了，我应该怎么办呢？
