求大侠知道，我的论文有必要argue吗？ 已有3人参与

论文投的SCI 期刊，最终到了中国编辑手里，处理也很快，一个月就回来了修改意见，可是编辑没有给机会，直接拒了，理由是审稿人据稿。 如下： Ref: ************ Title:****************** Journal: Computers Dear Prof. Liu, Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Computers. We appreciate your submitting your manuscript to this journal and for giving us the opportunity to consider your work. Kind regards, Computers Comments from the editors and reviewers: -Reviewer 1 - This manuscript describes the various components of a System for the prevention in China. Authors have listed this submission as a Research Paper, but it is not clear. This could be under Application Notes. This manuscript has numerous grammatical errors and inclusion of vague and unnecessary words (some are listed under specific comments). Authors have to get this manuscript professionally edited before resubmitting it in this or any other journal. Authors have to include what are the benefits of using this DSS in comparison to how monitoring and control are (or were) carried out in China prior to this system? Include specific examples of how problems were or can be solved/addressed– with and without DSS. Based on the screen shots included in the manuscript, this systems appears to be in Chinese. Is this correct? If researchers from neighboring countries want to use this for monitoring locust swarms moving in and out of their countries, can they search it in English or in any other language? If this is a national application (available only in Chinese), would this manuscript be more suitable for a scientific journal published in China? What locusts are found in China? 正如编辑所说，审稿人的确更倾向于拒搞。 如果你非要argue的话，有些期刊主编会找repeal referee来审，但基于审稿人的意见，个人认为不太容易。 发自小木虫Android客户端 |

没必要argue，审稿人倾向拒稿，文章的缺陷也点的很明显。就像审稿人说的那样，不然投中文期刊，不然别整一堆中文的内容发到英文期刊，不利于推行 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
