目前句子不完整, 基础主谓宾不完整，在原句子基础上可参考如下 To study the/To investigate the （试验项目）， we employed the (试验仪器），which analyzed through (试验方法） 但建议参考文献，更换结构更简易的句子。如 The concentrations of XX were measured using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-2250, SHIMADZU, Japan ) through the purple red complex with 1,5-diphenylcarbazide in acid medium at 840nm |
