[交流] 第一次投稿SCI，悲剧了，求前辈们帮忙分析已有6人参与

投了一篇information sciences，15天后editor in chief 回信建议改投他刊，然后给了一些commens

AE: The paper proposes A multi-swarm adaptive particle swarm optimization with dynamic task allocation. Since the emphasis is on new method, the paper fails to justify the outperforming points of the new method. The paper is written with so many things together that one really is lost while understanding the motivation to take up the current study. The paper needs to be rewritten. The long list of experimental results along with some trivial graphical representations do not generate much interest as the discussion section is too weak. What about the extensions of the proposed method to constrained optimization problem ? The paper has lots of language related error.

不知道该怎么修改，也不知还能不能再投此刊，另外，主编最后说了一句论文中有语法错误，是不是必须进行润色呢？求经验人士给点建议！
