大修后被据，审稿意见很简单，是不是可以申诉？有模板吗

论文大修后被据，据信还同时抄送给了一个人，估计是审稿人 编辑意见如下： I have now considered the above referenced manuscript in light of a referee's report. We are sorry to bring you such disappointing news, but hope that these comments will be useful to you in your future work. 审稿人意见如下： Reviewers' comments: The authors did not answer the referee's questions well, in particular Q1. I am afraid that the paper does not satisfy the Superlattices and Microstructures. 这种情况能否仔细回答一下Q1,申请重投？ 谢谢喽 |
