大修后被据，审稿意见很简单，是不是可以申诉？有模板吗

论文大修后被据，据信还同时抄送给了一个人，估计是审稿人 编辑意见如下： I have now considered the above referenced manuscript in light of a referee's report. Unfortunately, I have decided that it cannot be published at this time in its present form. The referee's report is appended below for your consideration. We are sorry to bring you such disappointing news, but hope that these comments will be useful to you in your future work. 审稿人意见如下： Reviewers' comments: The authors did not answer the referee's questions well, in particular Q1. I am afraid that the paper does not satisfy the Superlattices and Microstructures. 这种情况能否仔细回答一下Q1,申请重投？ 谢谢喽 |
