除另有要求外，初筛定量重复数据（如，IC50±SEM，Ki±SEM和NH）可用于个例需求测定。在筛查组件中，初筛半定量重复数据（如，IC50值/Ki值和nH系数粗略值）可用于（4个对数单位的浓度范围内）情况下测定; 仅当活性在一级测定浓度>50％且低于初始试验浓度1个对数单位时可用于二级功能（30mM）和MEC或MIC测定。 注： SEM = Standard Error of the Mean (SEM)平均值标准误差 nH= the Hill coefficient希尔系数（nH） Ki=抑制常数，检测到50%抑制效果时，抑制剂的浓度 IC50=达到50%抑制效果时抑制剂的浓度  选择性抑制激素效价的测定一般采用方法，跪谢就不用了 ，希望对你有帮助 |
