Thank you for submitting your manuscript to the journal",your article generated an interesting discussion at the editorial meeting but we feel that the English neddds attention the experimental design needs work and the conclusions are not proven. we therefor regret that we are not able to offer publication on this occasion and we are returning your manuscript so that you can resubmit to an alternative journal without undue delay.We are sorry to disapppoint you but at present The journal is only able to publish 20% of submitted manuscripts and we are therefore obliged to decline many worthwhile articles.
