Thank you for submitting your manuscript to the journal",your article generated an interesting discussion at the editorial meeting but we feel that the English neddds attention the experimental design needs work and the conclusions are not proven. we therefor regret that we are not able to offer publication on this occasion and we are returning your manuscript so that you can resubmit to an alternative journal without undue delay.We are sorry to disapppoint you but at present The journal is only able to publish 20% of submitted manuscripts and we are therefore obliged to decline many worthwhile articles. I am sorry that,on this occasion ,your paper was not assigned a high priority for publication. 这是表示对内容感兴趣然后进行了讨论？然后还是不能接受，也没有reviewer 的意见，表示没有送出去审过直接在编辑部就拒了？请大家看看吧 |
