投稿applied optics， peer review状态持续20天后状态变为immediate decision rejected。邮寄给出如下回复：
The quality of English in the above-mentioned manuscript is such that the
manuscript cannot be reviewed in its present form.
We suggest that you try to work with a native English-speaking colleague to
revise the manuscript so that it will be understandable to our reviewers.
If you submit a suitably revised manuscript, it will be treated as a new
submission and subjected to our normal review process.

that we will be able to serve you in the future.
挺受挫，英语真的有这么不堪么。看编辑的邮件意思并没有涉及到论文内容问题，是不是单纯就是因为语言太差根本没有送审？我是这么理解的，那就老老实实先改语言重投。
