Your submission entitled "Application of Mobile Internet Thoughts for reducing the inequity of Chinese  Education Resources" has been received by Computers and Education. After a preliminary review by the editorial office, the following decision has been made: Preliminary rejection

The editorial office has decided that it still needs adaptations before reviewers can be appointed. We advise you to revise your paper, taking into account the following:

1.    Research questions, that drive the paper, should be built in the introduction from an ongoing and pertinent bibliography (up to 2015).
2.    Show that your research questions are relevant to readers of Computers & Education within context of and up-to-date and thorough review of the literature (up to 2015).
3.    Answer your research question in the conclusions; what did we learn compared with current, significant research (up to 2015).
4.    The added value of your work is not clear (for readers of Computers & Education) in the context of proper and current research (up to 2015).
5.    You have to validate your model and reach conclusions that are general enough to be interesting to a wider audience. The sample has to be sufficiently far-reaching so as to be representative to reach conclusions that are of interest to a wider audience. In the corresponding methodology show your analytical framework, the representativeness of the sample; the instruments used and  use statistical methods which are strong enough, see https://authors.elsevier.com/sd/article/S0360131515001463
6.    What are the limitations of your work?
7.    In the abstract you have to indicate: What is the problem? What did you do? What were your results? What did you learn?
